焦炉气柜用橡胶密封膜胶种的选择研究

摘　　要：本文主要以胶料的耐煤焦油、密封油性能为主要性能指标,并兼顾了胶料的耐汽油/苯性能、耐萘性能、工艺性能、成本等影响因素,考察了几种典型耐油橡胶CR2321、NBR4050、HNBR2020、EPDM4703、FKMMX-70CB、1#NR以单用或并用形式作为焦炉煤气柜用橡胶的可行性。结果表明,当FKM MX-70CB和NBR4050以80/20比例并用时,其综合性能最佳,可以作为焦炉气柜用橡胶密封膜胶料理想的主体材料。In this paper,the feasibilily to use oil resistant rubber CR2321,NBR4050,HNBR2020,EPDM4730,FKM MX-70 CB and 1#NR separately or in mixture in coke oven gas tank is in vestigated with focus on their resistance to coal tar compound,seal oil,gasoline,benzene and naphthalene,processability and cost are also covered.The results show that the FKM MX-70CB/NBR4050 mixture employed in the ratio of 80/20,has the best performances which can be employed as main materials for rubber sealing film of coke oven gas tank.
