摘　　要：通过宏观检查、金相分析、显微硬度测量、扫描电镜观察,分析了TA1无缝管在冷轧过程中出现较严重裂纹的原因。分析表明,在纯钛管裂纹附近区域夹杂的不连续颗粒状的硬α相是导致管材在冷轧过程中开裂的主要原因。In this paper,serious cracks of TA1 cold-rolled seamless tubes are analyzed by means of macroscope observation,metallographic examination,micro-hardness measurements and SEM examination.The results show that,there are some discontinuous and granular hard α phases in the crack zones,which is the main reason leads to crack.
