五联法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察功能锻炼、口服药物、局部外用药物、痛点注射和医用臭氧联合透明质酸钠关节腔内注射(五联法)治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取172例单侧膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为2组,综合组86例患者采用五联法综合治疗,对照组86例患者未采用医用臭氧联合透明质酸钠关节腔内注射治疗,比较治疗前、治疗后1周、1月和3月视觉模拟评分。结果 2组患者治疗后1周视觉模拟评分与治疗前相比明显降低(P<0.05),在治疗后1月和3月同一时点,综合组与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论五联法治疗能有效解除关节疼痛,疗效满意,是一种治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的好方法,值得推广。Objective To observe the effect of joint five ways including function exercise, oral medications, topical medications, trigger point injection of medical ozone and sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection on knee osteoarthritis. Methods 172 cases of patients with unilateral knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups, 86 patients in integrated group receiving five comprehensive treatment, and 86 cases in control group receiving function exercise, oral drugs and topical medications. Vision analog scales were analyzed before and 1 week, 1 month and 3 months after treatment respectively. Results After 1 week of treatment, visual analog score in both groups were significantly decreased compared with that before treatment (P<0.05).At the same point of the first month and third month after treatment, visual analog scores in integrated group were statistically lower than that in control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Five associated treatment can effectively relieve joint pain, and it is a good method for knee osteoarthritis.
