摘 要:目的探讨葡多酚(GPC)对老龄大鼠抗氧化力及细胞增殖活性的影响。方法将40只老龄大鼠随机分空白对照组和GPC低、中、高剂量组,连续喂养50d,测血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧物酶(GSH-Px)、丙二醛(MDA)和肝细胞增殖活性等指标。结果 GPC高剂量组的SOD、GSH-Px和MDA分别为(1420.11±75.34)U/ml,(729.70±12.04)U/ml和(6.40±1.25)nmol/ml,空白对照组分别为(1229.84±70.55)U/ml,(597.88±88.60)U/ml和(12.38±1.33)nmol/ml,2组间各项指标均有统计学差异(P<0.05);GPC高剂量组和空白对照组的肝细胞增殖活性分别为1.29±0.10和0.97±0.12,二者有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 GPC可增强老龄大鼠的抗氧化能力,促进细胞增殖活性。Objective To investigate the effects of grape procyanidins(GPC) on the antioxidant ability and the proliferation activity of hepatocytes in old rats. Methods Rats were divided into blank group and low,medium,high dose of GPC group. The rats were fed for 50 days. The serum level of superoxide dismutase (SOD) ,glutathione-peroxidase (GSH-Px) ,malondialdehyde (MDA) and the hepatocytes proliferation were detected in each group. Results The serum levels of SOD,GSH-Px and MDA of high dose GPC group were (1420. 11 ± 75. 34) U/ml,(729. 70 ± 12. 04) U/ml and ( 6. 40 ± 1. 25) nmol/ml respectively,compared with(1229. 84 ± 70. 55) U/ml,( 597. 88 ± 88. 60) U/ml and (12. 38 ± 1. 33) nmol/ml in blank group(P < 0. 05) . The proliferation activity of hepatocytes of high dose GPC was 1. 29 ± 0. 10, compared with 0. 97 ± 0. 12 in blank group (P < 0. 05) . Conclusions GPC can enhance the antioxidant ability and promote the hepatocytes proliferation in old rats.
