摘　　要：目的评价依帕司他片联合胰激肽原酶肠溶片及硫辛酸胶囊治疗老年糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的疗效及安全性。方法收集我院86例DPN患者,按随机对照原则分成治疗组和对照组。对照组采用依帕司他片联合甲钴胺注射液常规治疗,治疗组采用依帕司他片联合胰激肽原酶肠溶片及硫辛酸胶囊治疗。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,服药简便,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者在治疗期间均未发现有明显不良反应。治疗组在临床症状、体征和神经传导速度方面均有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依帕司他片联合胰激肽原酶肠溶片及硫辛酸胶囊治疗DPN患者疗效更好,明显改善患者的症状和体征,增加神经传导速度,老年糖尿病患者服药简便、依从性好,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。Objective to evaluate the safety and efficacy of epalrestat and pancreatic kininogenase and thioctic acid in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) in the elderly. Methods Eighty-six cases with DPN in our collection,according to the randomized,double-blind,placebo-controlled principle,were divided into treatment group and control group. The control group received epalrestat and mecobalamin injection,while the treatment group received epalrestat,pancreatic excitation peptide enzyme enteric-coated tablets and thioctic acid capsule. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that of control group. Taking medicine is simple,(P < 0. 05) . Adverse reaction were not found in two groups of patients during treatment. The clinical symptoms,signs and nerve conduction velocity were obviously improved in the treatment group (P < 0. 05) . Conclusions epalrestat and pancreatic kininogenase and thioctic acid could be used for DPN with less adverse reactions.
