摘 要:钛合金在磨削加工时容易产生烧伤现象,影响工件表面质量,因而传统的磨削加工大量采用磨削液浇注法降低磨削温度,但是磨削液的大量使用给环境和操作者健康带来了很大的危害,而且增加了磨削液排放回收的成本。基于"用固体润滑剂替代磨削液"的思想,制备了石墨软涂层自润滑单层钎焊立方氮化硼(CBN)砂轮,并进行了干式磨削钛合金实验。实验结果表明:自润滑砂轮的涂层中石墨质量分数最佳值为20%,此时干式磨削钛合金的工件表面温度最低;另外,与无自润滑剂砂轮相比,磨削温度均较低,不超过440℃。During grinding of titanium alloy,workpieces are prone to burn,which influences the surface quality of the machined components.The traditional grinding process often uses massive coolant to lower the grinding temperature,which brings great harm to environment and workers,and increases the cost of recycle.According to the idea of using solid lubricant instead of flood delivery coolant,monolayer brazed cubic boron nitride(CBN) mounted wheels are coated by graphite,and dry grinding experiments of titanium alloy are carried out.The results show that the optimal mass fraction of graphite in the self-lubricating coating is 20%,in such condition the dry grinding temperature of titanium alloy is the lowest;and the grinding temperatures,which are lower than that of non-self-lubricating wheels,are no more than 440 ℃.
