摘　　要：文章通过对3个典型国家的绿色建筑评价体系执行案例的研究,对比分析了3种绿色建筑评价体系政策执行的特点,进而从政策自身完善程度、执行机构的执行力、目标群体的接受程度以及政策环境的适宜性4个维度提取了绿色建筑评价体系政策执行的主要影响因素。研究发现:4类影响因素之间是相互作用的,且具有一定规律性。最后,为我国绿色建筑评价体系的政策执行提出了建议。In this paper,we compare and analyze the characteristics of policy implementation of green building evaluation system in different countries through case study of the green building evaluation system in some typical countries.From the degree of policy perfectibility,the execution of the executive agencies,acceptance of the target groups and suitability of the policy environment,we further extract the main factors that affect the implementation of green building evaluation system,and find that there are interactions with regularities among the influencing factors.Finally,some suggestions for the implementation of green building evaluation system are provided.
