摘  要:高校学术职业流动的本质是人力资本产权的交易。由组织、个体、家庭和社会等多元投资主体形成的教师人力资本增量部分,既是流动组织间争夺的核心资本,也是引发各类组织和教师个体之间冲突的矛盾来源。在组间流动中,流动参与三方对流动教师人力资本产权的交易过程实际上是流出组织与流动个体、流动个体与流入组织分别进行的两个交易过程的集合。高校教师人力资本增量产权的转移带来了流动参与三方的利益变化。流动个体与流入组织承受的损失均可通过对高校教师人力资本的合理使用而得到补偿,流出组织是可能的利益最大受损方。流动个体和流入组织对流出组织的补偿模型包括经济补偿和学术声望补偿两方面。The nature of academic profession mobility is the transaction of the human capital property rights.The appreciation part of the academic profession’s human capital,which consists of the investments of organizations,individuals,families and society,is the core capital that organizations would compete for as well as the main source of conflicts between organizations and individuals.Actually,in the mobility,the trading process is a collection of two separate trading processes,which are the trading process between outflow-organizations and flow-individuals and between flow-individuals and inflow-organizations.The transfer of the appreciation part of the academic profession’s human capital property rights brings benefit changes in the three parties involved in.As the losses of the flow-individuals and the inflow-organizations can be compensated through the rational use of the academic profession’s human capital,the outflow-organizations will be the biggest losers.The compensation model includes economic compensation and academic prestige compensation.
