摘　　要：文中对檀香无菌材料的构建,不同种类与不同配比的外源激素对檀香单节茎段离体培养与腋芽萌发的影响,不同体积分数CW对檀香幼苗生长的影响,以及不同配方的生根培养基用于檀香幼苗生根的培养等内容进行了比较系统的研究。This paper has researched Santalum album by some respects such as construction of sterile material.In-vitro culture of singlenoded stem segme-nt and germination of axillary bud because of different kinds of exogeuou hormone and different of their amount.CW with diffe-rent volume on strong seedling culture of seedlings.And differe-nt formulations of rooting medium scheme for bovine tissue cult-ure rooting effects were compared with the content system and so on.
