摘  要:以亚临界600MW机组引风机由电动改汽动驱动为例,分析了汽动引风机5种不同汽源方案的热经济性。结果表明,采用主汽轮机(主机)回热抽汽驱动引风机,机组绝对电效率下降,而厂用电率下降幅度较大,因此全厂供电煤耗率下降。当不考虑管道效率的变化时,以方案Ⅲ为例,供电标准煤耗的下降值由1.556g/(kW.h)增至2.026g/(kW.h),即过高地评估了系统改进后机组的经济性。采用方案Ⅲ并考虑管道效率的变化,全厂供电标准煤耗下降1.556g/(kW.h),按全年运行7 000h计算可节约标准煤6 535.2t,Ⅲ优于其它4个方案。Based on the transformation that the driven method of the induced draft fan(IDF) for a subcritical 600 MW unit was changed from motor driven to steam driven,the thermal economy of five schemes for steam-driven IDF with different steam sources were analyzed.The results showed that,using the regenerative steam to drive the IDF would reduce the absolute electric efficiency,but the auxiliary power consumption rate decreased greater,so the coal consumption rate of the power supply for the whole plant was reduced.If not considering the piping efficiency's variation,taking scheme Ⅲ as an example,the drop amount of the standard coal consumption was increased from 1.556 g/(kW·h) to 2.026 g/(kW·h),namely the economic benefit of this modification(motor-driven to steam-driven) was over estimated.For scheme Ⅲ with considering the piping efficiency's variation,the standard coal consumption rate for the whole plant was reduced by about 1.556 g/(kW·h).Assuming that the unit runs for 7 000 h per year,this scheme can totally save standard coal of 6 535.2 t.Scheme Ⅲ is superior to other four schemes.
