摘  要:海水法烟气脱硫装置在运行中存在对燃煤硫分适应能力差、运行能耗高、设备腐蚀等问题。对此,提出了在设计燃煤硫分工况下,可通过提高填料层高度、设置烟道导流板、加设固定填料装置等措施,以提高塔内海水和烟气的接触效果;在燃煤硫分超出设计值的工况下,可通过提高液气比和加入脱硫添加剂的方式提高系统的适应性。In order to solve the problems happened during the operation of seawater flue gas desulfurization(FGD) equipment,such as poor adaptability of the equipment on sulfur content in coal,high energy consumption of running,corrosion on the device and so on,several countermeasures were proposed as follows:if the sulfur content in coal is under designed condition,it is better to increase the packing height,install deflector in flue duct,and add fixed filler device etc.to strengthen the seawater-gas contact efficiency;while when the sulfur content is out of the designed range,increasing the liquid-gas ratio and adding desulfurization additives can be adopted to improve the system's adaptability.
