摘  要:针对目前主流机组汽轮机实际通流能力普遍偏离设计值的现状进行分析及通流特性的试验研究,结果表明,300MW等级汽轮机通流部分改造后其通流能力较设计值普遍偏大2%~8%,导致汽轮机缸效率偏离设计工况,汽轮机各抽汽段参数偏离设计值以及配汽不合理;600MW等级汽轮机的通流能力较300MW有明显改善;进口汽轮机的通流能力与设计值的偏差为0~3%,与设计值吻合较好。At present,the actual flow capacity of mainstream turbines universally deviates from the design value.Analysis on this and the flow characteristic tests were conducted.The results showed that,the flow capacity of 300 MW steam turbine with improved flow sections was about 2%-8% larger than the design value,so the cylinder efficiency deviated from the design value.The efficiency of high pressure cylinder under rated load condition was about 13.2%-1.86% lower than that under three valves full opening condition.The parameters of each extraction section deviated from the design value.The steam distribution was unreasonable.The flow capacity of the 600 MW steam turbine was obviously higher than that of the 300 MW steam turbine.That of the imported turbine agreed well with the design value,for the deviation was only about 0%-3%.
