摘  要:针对某超超临界机组锅炉二级过热器T92钢管泄漏问题,通过渗透检测、化学成分分析、力学性能测试、金相分析、扫描电镜及能谱分析等方法对其原因进行了分析,认为该钢管内壁在制造过程已产生裂纹,该裂纹在锅炉运行的高温高压条件下沿底部和端部扩展穿透整个壁厚,进而导致了泄漏。Leakage occurred on a T92 steel tube of two-stage superheater in an ultra supercritical boiler.Several tests such as penetration testing,chemical composition analysis,mechanical properties testing,metallographic analysis,scanning electron microscope(SEM) and energy spectrum were performed to find out the reason.The results showed that,the crack on inner wall of the tube had been already formed during manufacturing process,it spread along bottom and end of the tube under high pressure and temperature and finally passed through the entire wall causing the leakage.Some countermeasures were given.
