摘　　要：介绍了循环流化床(CFB)锅炉物料平衡的判断方法,并针对2台典型CFB锅炉的问题进行了分析,认为回料阀风量调整不当是物料不平衡的主要原因。对其中1台锅炉进行回料阀风量优化调整试验和常规的运行优化调整后,锅炉运行安全性显著提高。In order to ensure normal operation of circulating fluidized bed(CFB) boilers,the identification method for the boiler's material balance was presented.The material imbalance of two typical CFB boilers was investigated,and improper adjustment of the loop seal was considered as the major reason.Optimization on loop seal adjustment and conventional operation were conducted on one of the boiler,and the operation safety of the boiler was improved significantly.
