摘  要:利用Fluent软件平台对温州电厂300MW机组四角切圆燃烧锅炉炉内燃烧状况进行数值模拟,分析了炉膛温度场、速度场和气相组分浓度场的分布,并通过后处理方法计算了NOx的浓度分布。结果显示:数值模拟得到的炉膛燃烧状况基本符合四角切圆燃烧煤粉炉的实际运行情况;燃尽区的NO浓度不断增加,水平截面NO平均浓度最高值出现在OFA上部炉膛高度为30m处;炉膛出口温度和NOx排放量的模拟计算结果与试验数据误差均在15%以内。The computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD) Fluent software was employed to simulate the combustion process numerically in a 300MW tangentially fired boiler.The distribution of the temperature field,velocity field and gas phase component concentration field in furnace were analyzed.Moreover,the NOx concentration distribution was obtained by post processing.The results showed that,the simulated combustion situation in furnace basically agreed with the actual operation of the tangentially fired pulverized coal boiler.The NO emission and reduction reaction mainly concentrated in the burner high temperature region.In burnout area,the NO concentration increased continuously,and the highest average NO concentration in horizontal-cross section appeared at the upper part of the overfire air burner where 30 meters high from the furnace bottom.The deviations of furnace outlet temperature and NOx emission between the simulation results and experimental data were all within 15%.
