摘  要:对自建的冷态四角切圆锅炉模型的空气动力场进行了数值模拟研究,分别采用Standard k-ε、RNGk-ε、Realizable k-ε和雷诺应力(RSM)4种湍流模型计算上一次风、下一次风和三次风的速度分布,并与高精度的PIV试验测量结果进行对比。结果表明,Realizable k-ε模型不仅可以准确分析湍流特性,而且机时消耗较RSM模型大幅减少,其对四角切圆锅炉湍流场的数值模拟研究更具优越性。Numerical simulation on aerodynamic field of self built cold tangentially fired boiler was conducted.Four turbulence models such as Standard k-ε,RNG k-ε,Realizable k-ε and Reynolds stress model(RSM) were applied to obtain the velocity distribution of the upper primary air,lower primary air and the tertiary air.Moreover,the simulated results were compared with the high-precision PIV(Particle Image Velocimetry) test results.The results showed that,the calculating time of the Realizable k-ε model which can accurately analyze the turbulent characteristics was obviously less than that of the RSM model.
