摘 要:介绍了融入现场总线技术的DCS——FCS165的系统结构以及在华能秦岭电厂超临界2×660MW机组和辅机一体化控制系统中将DCS与Profibus现场总线合并在1个控制站内、单独采用DCS、单独采用Profibus的3种应用模式,并分析了现场总线技术在火电机组控制系统设计和施工中需要注意的问题。实际应用结果表明,采用DCS扩展方式实现火电厂全厂一体化控制可行且有效。The system configuration of FCS165,namely the DCS with field bus control technology,and its three application modes in master and assistant integrated control system in supercritical 2×660 MW unit in Qinling Power Plant such as merging the DCS and Profibus into one control station,only DCS and only Profibus were presented in detail.Moreover,problems that should be paid attention to during application of field bus control technology in design and construction of control system in thermal power unit were analyzed.The results showed that,it was feasible to apply the DCS with field bus control technology in integrated control system in domestic thermal power plants.
