摘  要:依据某300MW机组增容改造前试验及运行数据对机组主要辅机的性能进行核算,确定其对主机增容改造的适应性。计算结果表明,送风机风量不满足改造要求,引风机满足改造要求;空气预热器在机组增容改造后的烟气量和风量条件下,换热性能满足改造要求;给水泵和凝结水泵均满足改造要求,循环水泵需要改造;1号、3号高压加热器换热面积均不满足机组增容改造后要求,2号高压加热器换热面积能够满足增容改造后的要求,但其面积裕量未能达到一般设计规范要求的10%;凝汽器在冷却水流量提高至39 000m3/h时,满足改造要求。According to the experimental and operation data of a 300 MW unit before its capacity increase retrofitting,the main auxiliaries' performances were checked to determine their adaptability on the transformation.Results indicate that,the air volume of forced draft fan doesn't satisfy the requirement while that of the induced draft fan does.The air preheater's heat exchange performance under the flue gas and air condition of retrofitted unit meets the adjustment requirement.Both the feed water pump and condensate pump satisfy the requirements while the circulating water pump needs reform.Neither the heat exchange area of No.1 nor No.3 high pressure heater meets the requirement after retrofitting,while that of No.2 high pressure heater does,but its excess area fails to reach 10% of the value that general design requires.The condenser meets the requirement when increasing the flow rate of cooling water to 39 000 m3/h.
