摘  要:采用尿素热解方式生成脱硝还原剂具有稳定、无毒等优点,但由于热解温度低等原因在热解炉中会出现沉积物。对北京京能热电股份有限公司1~4号机组锅炉尿素热解炉中出现的沉积物进行成分分析,提出了增加除盐水压力和流量,将热解炉外壳温度由105~120℃降至80~90℃,并加厚热解炉及辅助管道外保温材料,提高喷氨格栅入口氨气温度,尿素喷枪的碳钢压缩空气管改为不锈钢管,并加装高精度空气过滤器等措施,有效抑制热解炉的结晶现象。Denitration reducing agent formed by urea pyrolysis has advantages of stability and non-toxicity,but the low pyrolysis temperature will cause deposition in thermal decomposition furnace.Component analysis on deposition appeared on urea pyrolysis furnace of boiler in No.1-No.4 units for Beijing Jingneng Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.was conducted.Countermeasures were put forward,such as enlarging the pressure and flow of desalted water,decreasing the pyrolysis furnace case temperature range from 105-120 ℃ to 80-90 ℃,thickening the heat insulating materials outside the pyrolysis furnace and auxiliary pipes to increase the inlet ammonia temperature of ammonia injection grid and effectively inhibit the crystalline in pipes of pyrolysis furnace,replacing the carbon steel compressed air pipe for stainless steel pipe(for urea spray gun),and installing high precision air filter.
