摘 要:在分析印尼INDRAMAYU 330MW机组模拟量控制系统(MCS)的基础上,针对MCS的机组协调控制系统未设计负荷指令的闭锁增和减功能影响机组稳定运行、燃料控制系统总燃料量信号中未加入助燃油量在投运油枪时使燃料控制系统产生较大扰动等问题进行了优化,并对优化后的MCS进行了机组升、降负荷试验。结果表明,在机组试运阶段,机组自动投入率为100%;稳态时,主蒸汽压力偏差在±0.3MPa内,机组负荷偏差在±3 MW内;在变负荷阶段,主蒸汽压力偏差在±0.5MPa内,机组负荷偏差在±5MW内。MCS调节品质优良。The analogue control system(MCS) of Indonesia's INDRAMAYU 330 MW unit was investigated.The MCS unit coordinated control system was designed without lock-out increase and decrease function of load command,causing unstable operation of the unit.Besides,the oil combustion volume signal was not considered in the total fuel signal,leading to large disturbance in fuel control system during the oil gun operation.Therefore,the coordinated control system was optimized,and load test showed the improved MCS had good regulating quality.During the test run stage,the unit automatic input rate was 100%.When the unit ran stably,the main steam pressure deviation was within ±0.3 MPa,and the load deviation was within ±3 MW.In load varying stage,the main steam pressure deviation was within ±0.5 MPa and the load deviation was within ±5 MW.
