摘  要:分析了燃煤机组脱硫系统取消旁路烟道对静电除尘器、脱硫增压风机、气气换热器(GGH)、脱硫吸收塔等设备的影响,并以某350MW机组为例,通过试验确定了湿法烟气脱硫系统取消旁路烟道后应采取的应对措施为:在送风机、引风机起动时增加增压风机运行、脱硫系统进、出口挡板收到开信号;单侧送引风机跳闸后,应联跳增压风机,机组RB工况下可以稳定在50%负荷运行;所有送引风机跳闸后,联跳增压风机;增压风机润滑油系统故障后,联跳增压风机、锅炉MFT;建议取消增压风机,对2台引风机进行增容改造;更换GGH换热原件,减小脱硫系统阻力等。The influence of cancelling bypass duct on such equipments as electrostatic precipitator,desulfurization booster fan,gas-gas heat exchanger(GGH) and desulfurization absorption tower was presented.Taking a 350 MW unit in Huanneng Nantong Power Plant as an example,through some relative experiments,the corresponding countermeasures that must be carried out after cancelling the bypass duct were determined.Such as,the desulfurization booster fans should be put into service and the baffle plate at inlet and outlet of the FGD system should receive the opening signal when the forced and induced draft fans started;after tripping of the induced and forced draft fans in one side,the booster fans should be intertripped,and the unit can be stabilized at 50% load to run under RB condition;if all the induced and draft fans tripped,intertrip the booster.If a fault occurred in the booster fan lubricating system,intertrip the booster fans and the boiler MFT.To overcome the resistance of the whole air and gas system,the booster fans were suggested to be cancelled,and the capacity-increasing transformation should be conducted on the two induced draft fans.
