摘  要:计算分析了CC50双抽汽轮机调节阀采用单阀与顺序阀控制方式对汽轮机各段抽汽参数、内效率及发电量的影响。分析表明,机组在顺序阀控制方式下较单阀控制方式下的抽汽温度低,尤其第1至第3段抽汽较明显。第1段内效率升高7.56%,整机内效率升高0.46%,机组发电量增加0.74MW。The influence of single valve control and sequence valve control for high-pressure valve of CC50 double extraction steam turbines on such indices as the extraction parameters of each section,inner efficiency and electric energy production were studied by calculation.The results showed that,compared with the single valve control,the unit under sequence valve control had lower extraction temperature,obviously at the first to third stage extraction.The inner efficiency of the first extraction stage and the whole turbine was increased by 7.56% and 0.46%,respectively.The unit electric energy production had a growth of 0.74 MW.
