摘 要:利用数值模拟的方法对热态工况下双钩波形板分离器的单级分离效率、总分离效率以及压降进行了研究。结果表明:波形板双钩开口处漩涡的存在造成了蒸汽回流,提高了波形板的分离效率;当波形板入口蒸汽速度v小于2m/s时,分离效率随v的增大迅速提高,但当v大于2m/s时,分离效率趋于平稳;波形板压降随v的增加显著增大;液滴粒径大于10μm时,分离效率随v增加而升高,而液滴粒径为10μm时,分离效率随v增加而降低;液滴分离主要集中在双钩波形板的前2级,波形板后4级的分离效率显著降低;随液滴粒径增大,波形板第1级的分离效率逐渐增大,而第2级先增大后减小,当液滴粒径大于250μm时,前3级的分离效率不再受液滴粒径的影响。Based on numerical simulation,the single-stage separation efficiency,total separation efficiency and pressure drop of corrugated plates with double hook under thermal state conditions were studied.Results showed that,the vortex at the opening of double hook in corrugated plates caused the steam backflow,which enhanced the separation efficiency.When the entrance steam speed v was below 2 m/s,the separation efficiency was significantly increased as the v increasing,but if the v was larger than 2 m/s,the separation efficiency was tend to be steady.With the increase of v,the pressure drop was dramatically increased,and the separation efficiency also increased when the liquid drop size was larger than 10 μm but reduced when that was equal to 10 μm.The separated water from the corrugated plates mainly concentrated in the first two stages,and the separation efficiency of the last four stages decreased obviously.
