摘  要:某电厂2号机组原设计燃料为淮南大通烟煤,改造后采用生物质燃料。根据生物质燃烧的特点,在不改动锅炉受热面、尽量保留原有链条炉排和炉膛结构的基础上,仅对给料、风机、风道等进行了必要的改造。改造后炉内冷态流场气流充满度较好,一次风进入炉膛后气流分布比较均匀,水冷壁、过热器等受热面未见结渣现象。Transformation on No.2 unit in a power plant was conducted,namely replacing the designed fuel Huainan Datong bituminous coal for biomass.According to the combustion characteristic of biomass,and on the principle of not changing the heating surface and keeping the original structure of chain grate and furnace,necessary retrofitting on feeding system,draft fan system and air ducts was performed.After modification,the furnace with cold flow field was full filled with gas,and no gas deflection occurred after the primary air entered.The airflow distribution was uniform and no slagging appeared on the water wall and superheater.
