摘 要:对某电厂600MW机组掺烧劣质煤后的制粉系统进行了优化调整,并对调整前后机组的综合经济性进行了比较。结果表明:煤粉偏细和研磨出力不足是影响磨煤机出力的主要原因。通过制粉系统优化调整,磨煤机出力从50t/h左右增加到65t/h以上,机组可实现满负荷运行。虽然灰渣含碳量略有升高,锅炉效率降低0.27%,发电标煤耗升高0.9g/(kW·h),但单位制粉电耗降低17.4%,供电标煤耗降低2.4g/(kW·h),总体经济效益提高。Diagnosis and optimal adjustment tests for pulverizing system of a 600 MW unit boiler after using mixed inferior coal as the fuel was performed,and the unit comprehensive economy before and after the adjustment were compared.The results showed that,pretty small coal particle size and insufficient coal mill output were the major factors affecting the pulverizer's capacity.After the optimization,the coal mill capacity increased from ~50 t/h to above 65 t/h,indicating the coal mill capacity was dramatically improved and the unit realized running at full load condition.Although the slag carbon content had a slight increase,the boiler efficiency decreased by 0.27% and the standard coal consumption for power generation increased by 0.9 g/(kW·h),the electricity consumption of coal pulverizing per unit reduced by 17.4% and the standard coal consumption for power supply decreased by 2.4 g/(kW·h).The total economic benefit increased obviously.
