摘 要:某135MW机组循环流化床(CFB)锅炉再热器减温水量大,且由于局部超温、变形磨损和床料堵管等问题造成多次爆管,严重影响机组的运行安全和经济性。分析认为其主要因受热面布置过多,屏式再热器存在流量偏差等所致。在改进入口集箱进汽方式、减小屏式再热器受热面积和高度、增大入口集箱内径后,减温水量降低,再热器爆管次数减少,保证了机组安全、经济运行。In a 135 MW unit circulation fluidized bed(CFB) boiler,the reheater desuperheating water amount was large and tube burst occurred several times due to local area over heating,deformation and wear,bed material blocking,and other factors.Two much heating surface area caused flow deviation in platen reheater was considered as the major reason.Thus,several countermeasures were taken,such as improving the steam entrance mode for inlet steam header,decreasing the reheater heating surface area and height,and increasing the inner diameter of the inlet steam header.After the improvement,the desuperheating water flow decreased and the tube burst problems in reheater reduced.
