摘  要:针对锅炉自动加氧控制装置在应用过程中出现溶解氧含量随机组负荷变化而大幅度波动的问题,分析自动加氧控制技术的关键点,研发出1套新型自动加氧装置。该装置的高压气体微量流量计实现了加氧流量的可视量化,电磁调节阀调节微量加氧量,稳压器稳定电磁调节阀出口压力,复合式PI调节模式克服了热力系统大滞后,有效地提高了加氧控制精度,实现了锅炉加氧的自动化控制。In application of automatic oxygen-adding control equipment of boilers,the dissolved oxygen content fluctuated substantially with the unit load changing.To solve this problem,the key points of automatic oxygen-adding technology was investigated and a new type of automatic oxygen-adding device was developed.The high pressure gas micro flowmeter in this device realized the visual quantization of oxygen addition;the solenoid valve controlled the added oxygen slightly;the voltage regulator stabilized the solenoid valve outlet pressure;the compound PI control mode overcame the large lag of thermal system.Through this new device,the control precision of oxygen addition was effectively improved,and the automatic control of oxygen-adding in boiler was realized.
