摘  要:介绍了DAS汽封的特点及其与常规铁素体汽封的区别,将该汽封应用于某超临界660MW机组汽轮机,并经过振动和热力性能试验验证表明,该汽轮机通过DAS汽封改造和通流间隙按照接近下限精细化调整后,首次起动最大轴振动值为58.91μm,满负荷最大轴振动值为73.19μm,均小于达标值(76μm);汽轮机热耗比未改造前低115.2kJ/(kW·h),热耗下降率1.45%,煤耗下降4.64g/(kW·h)。The characteristics of the DAS steam seal and its difference from the conventional ferrite seal were presented.The vibration and thermal performance tests for steam turbine in a supercritical 660 MW unit indicated that,after fine adjustment of the flow passage clearance according to the lower limit,the maximum shaft vibration amplitude of the turbine applied with the DAS steam seal was 58.91 μm during the first startup,and 73.19 μm during the full load operation,which were both lower than the standard value of 76 μm.The heat consumption of the turbine dropped by 115.2 kJ/(kW·h),and the falling rate of heat consumption was 1.45%.The coal consumption reduced by 4.64 g/(kW·h).
