摘  要:分析直接空冷机组发电煤耗和空冷风机电耗2个耗量特性参数与机组负荷、环境温度和背压之间的变化关系。采用离散差值方法,建立耗量特性在线获取模型,并通过在线实时修正的方法保证数据的准确性和时变性。将该在线计算软件应用于某300MW直接空冷机组,得到该机组发电煤耗和空冷风机电耗2个耗量特性参数在不同运行条件下的变化趋势,对趋势进行分析发现,该机组耗量特性的变化趋势复杂,具有很强的非线性,该结果可作为机组的基础数据指导机组优化运行。The relationship between consumption characteristic parameters and the unit load,ambient temperature,backpressure was analyzed.The consumption parameters include coal consumption for power generation and electric consumption of air-cooling fan in direct air-cooling units.The discrete difference method was employed to build an online acquisition model for consumption performance.The data accuracy and variability were ensured by online real time correction method.This online calculation software was applied in a 300 MW direct air-cooling unit,and the variation of coal consumption for power generation and electric consumption of air-cooling fan under different working conditions were obtained.The change trend of the consumption performance curve for this unit was complicated,and with strong nonlinearity.The consumption characteristic parameters obtained online can be used as the basic data to guide the unit optimal operation.
