摘  要:针对某电厂典型的亚临界600MW机组锅炉建立了基于B/S结构的动力配煤决策系统,该系统包括燃煤数据管理与煤性评价、锅炉设备信息管理、动力配煤决策、系统帮助、用户管理5个功能模块,可实现新煤种的燃用可行性预测,综合分析不同比例煤种组合燃烧的安全性、经济性,确定最佳配煤方案,以及提供设备运行建议等功能。将该动力配煤决策系统应用于某亚临界600MW机组锅炉,得到了最佳掺烧方案及其预测结论,实际掺烧效果与预测结论基本一致。Against the typical subcritical 600 MW unit boiler in a power plant,a B/S structure based decision-making system for mixed coal combustion was established.This system composed of five functional modules,such as coal combustion data management and coal property evaluation,boiler equipment information management,power coal blending decision,system help and user management.It can predict the feasibility of burning new coal,comprehensively analyze the safety and economy of co-firing mixed coals with different blending proportions,and provide suggestions for device operation.This decision-making system for mixed coal combustion was applied on a subcritical 600 MW unit boiler.The optimal coal blending scheme and its prediction results were obtained.The actual co-firing effect agreed well with the prediction conclusion.Furthermore,problems like serious slagging,coal drop pipe blocking and explosion in pulverizing system were solved at the same time.
