摘  要:针对超临界2×600MW机组锅炉MPS型中速辊式磨煤机差压大和制粉系统单耗高等问题,将该型磨煤机分离器的内锥体、折向挡板、部分回粉锥、出粉口锥筒及锁气器拆除,更换为新型内锥体、导流板、回粉锥拆分段和锁气器等。新型静态煤粉分离器采用固定叶片分离结构和流道设计,使进入分离器的风粉混合物经历2次分离,最大程度地缩短了风粉混合物在分离器中的流动路径和停留时间。改造后,磨煤机平均制粉单耗大幅降低,磨煤机平均差压明显下降,煤粉细度及煤粉均匀性均有所改善,一次风母管压力降低,风机失速问题得以解决,制粉系统的经济性和安全性显著提高。Such problems as large pressure difference and high pulverizing unit consumption of pulverizing system occurred in MPS medium speed roll mill.Thus,the inner cone,deflector baffle,part power recession cones,power outlet cone and air lock were replaced by the new type ones.The new type static coal separator adopted fixed blade separation structure and flow channel design,made the air and pulverized coal mixture entered the separator undergoing twice separation,thus the flow path and residence time of the mixture in the separator was shortened to the maximum extent.After the retrofitting,the average pulverizing unit consumption decreased,the average pressure difference dropped dramatically,both the coal fineness and uniformity were improved,the pressure in primary air piped reduced,and the fan invalidation problem was solved.The safety and economy of the pulverizing system was significantly enhanced.
