摘 要:对300MW机组汽轮机调节阀油动机温度偏高及其引发的漏油问题进行了分析,认为该汽轮机调节阀油动机与支座连接距离偏短、EH油在内部不流通,无法带走热量,是导致汽轮机1、2号调节阀油动机温度高于3、4号调节阀的主要原因。通过实施对调节阀油动机顶部缸套增加水冷装置,减少调节阀执行机构支座与调节阀阀座之间的接触面积并增加隔热层以及定期更换活塞杆与缸套间密封件等措施后,机组高压调节阀油动机温度恢复正常。In a 300 MW unit turbine,the temperature of No.1 and No.2 high pressure regulating valves' servo-motor was higher than that of the No.3 and No.4 high pressure regulating valves' servo-motor,resulting in oil leakage problem.Analysis showed that,the over short distance from the regulating valve's servo-motor to the support,and the inside EH oil was unable to flow and carry out the heat were considered as the major reasons.Therefore,the water cooling device was installed at top cylinder liner of the regulating valve servo-motor,and the contact area between the support of regulating valve actuator and the control valve stand was shortened.Besides,the insulating layer was added between the regulating valve actuator support and the control valve stand,and the seal components between the piston rod and the cylinder liner were changed regularly.After all the above measures were taken,the temperature of the high pressure regulating valve's servo-motor returned to normal.
