摘 要:通过对超临界600MW等级机组起停状态的调研与分析,得出600MW等级机组在冷态、温态、热态、极热态起动耗时分别为350、155、60、50min以上。以某台东锅-哈汽配置的超临界600 MW机组75%出力系数为基准,给出了机组起动消耗100t煤、100t汽、10t油折算成对全月和全年发电煤耗的影响量,并通过该单位影响量对机组各起、停状态下的能耗进行了分析估算。结果表明:该机组冷态、温态、热态单次起、停的能耗量按75%出力系数折算到对全月时发电煤耗的影响分别为3.30、1.4~1.9、1.10g/(kW.h),其厂用电率分别为0.08%、0.06%、0.014%;折算到全年时分别为0.28、0.12~0.16、0.09g/(kW.h),其厂用电率分别为0.007%、0.005%、0.001 2%。By investigation on the start/stop process of supercritical 600MW units,time consumption during the start/stop of 600MW level units was summarized.Taking a supercritical 600MW unit configured by Dongfang Boiler Group and Harbin Turbine Company as the example,the coal consumption,oil consumption,steam consumption and electric consumption during each start/stop process were evaluated and converted to the energy consumption and auxiliary power consumption rate.Thus,the energy consumption during the unit start/stop can be judged quantitively.The results showed that,the order of the influence quantity of the unit start/stop process on the coal consumption was small,and a more accurate estimation will not affect the results substantially.Therefore,this evaluated result was suitable for unit with various capacities.
