摘 要:通过对组装高度1m、板间距22mm的改型小间距斜折波淋水填料的性能试验研究,采用最小二乘法整理出该种淋水填料的热力及阻力特性方程式,并与板间距为30mm的常规淋水填料的特性进行比较发现,在逆流式自然通风冷却塔常用气水比范围内,改型淋水填料的热力特性比常规间距淋水填料提高21%~28%,通风阻力为常规间距淋水填料阻力的83%~99%。将改型斜折波淋水填料应用于5 000m2自然通风冷却塔,经计算其出塔水温比采用常规间距斜折波淋水填料时的出塔水温降低约1℃,冷却效果显著提高。Experimental study on performance of a modified small spacing'V' wave water drenching filler with assembling height of 1mand plate spacing of 22mm was conducted.The least square method was applied to put forward the thermal performance and resistance characteristic equations.Moreover,performance of the above filter and the conventional water drenching filler with plate spacing of 30mm was compared.It indicated that,within the range of common air to water ratio for countercurrent natural draft cooling towers,the thermal performance of the modified water drenching filter was enhanced by 21%to 28%,compared with the water drenching filter with conventional plate spacing,and its ventilation resistance was 83%to 99% of that of the latter one.Furthermore,the modified'V' wave water drenching filter was applied in a natural draft cooling tower with spraying area of 5 000m2.Calculation showed that the water temperature at outlet of the tower was about 1℃lower than that of the tower using'V'wave water drenching filter with conventional plate spacing,the cooling effect was significantly improved.
