摘 要:利用有限元软件计算了某电厂TP347H末级过热器弯管在管内不同氧化皮堆积厚度下的管壁温度,通过修正常数项的Larson-Miller公式,计算出不同置信度下过热器管的应力-时间温度参数曲线,据此预测一定置信度下过热器管在不同氧化皮堆积厚度下的使用寿命,并利用Robinson法则确立管材失效的准则,对氧化皮堆积程度进行分级评价。结果表明:在0.95的置信度下,当TP347H过热器管氧化皮厚度<5mm时,为轻度堵塞,材料使用寿命在10万h以上;当氧化皮厚度为5~<9mm时,为中度堵塞,使用寿命仅为几万小时左右;当氧化皮堵管厚度≥9mm时,为重度堵塞,使用寿命将低于1万h。The finite element software was employed to calculate the wall temperature of final superheater elbow(which using TP347Haustenitic stainless steel as the material)with different thicknesses of oxide scale inside the tubes.By the Larson-Miller formula with revised constant term,the stress-time curves of superheater tube under different confidence levels and temperatures were calculated.Then the service life of superheater tubes with different oxide scale thicknesses under a certain confidence level was predicted.The criterion of material failure was established by the Robinson method to conduct grading evaluation on the accumulation degree of oxide scale.The results showed that,with the confidence level of 0.95,when the TP347Hsuperheater tube’s oxide scale was thinner than 5mm,the service life of the material was longer than 1.0×105 hours and the blocking inside the pipe was mild;when the oxide scale was thicker than 5mm but thinner than 9mm,the service life of the material was only dozens of thousand hours and the blocking was intermediate;when the oxide scale was thicker than 9mm,the service life of the material will be shorter than 1.0×104 hours and the blocking was serious.
