摘 要:通过在华能玉环电厂4×1 000MW机组锅炉炉内受热面管壁安装高温热电偶,获取了该机组高温受热面在起动和运行过程2种工况下的壁温数据,并基于相关分析法,对炉内壁温与炉外壁温以及负荷等参数间的关系进行了分析。结果表明:在机组冷起动过程中,各受热面的炉内壁温与负荷显著相关;炉外壁温与负荷除在二级过热器上相关性略低,在其后的3个受热面则表现出强相关性;炉内壁温与炉外壁温也具有显著的相关关系。在机组运行过程中,炉内壁温与负荷相关性沿烟气流动方向逐渐减小;炉外壁温与负荷没有表现出明显的相关性;炉内壁温和炉外壁温除在二级再热器上表现为强相关性,在各级过热器无明显相关关系。Armored thermocouples was installed on heating surface tube wall of 4×1 000MW unit boilers in Huaneng Yuhuan Power Plant to obtain the tube wall temperature data of the boiler heat surface during unit start and shut down process.On the basis of correlation analysis method,the relationship between the inside and outside furnace wall temperature,the inside furnace wall temperature and unit load,the outside furnace wall temperature and unit load,and other parameters were investigated.The results showed that,during the unit cold state start-up,the inside furnace wall temperature was related to the unit load dramatically;the outside furnace wall temperature showed a strong dependency on the unit load for the last three heating surfaces but not the second stage superheater;the inside and outside furnace wall temperature also had significant correlation.While during the unit operation,the correlation between the inside furnace wall temperature and the unit load decreased gradually along the gas flow direction;the outside furnace wall temperature and unit load exhibited no obvious correlation;the inside and outside furnace wall temperature showed strong correlation on the second stage reheater but no significant correlation on each superheater.
