摘 要:湿法脱硫烟囱高、低温和干、湿交替运行环境是造成烟囱防腐涂层失效的主要原因。分析了现有涂层附着力与耐温性能2个关键性能检测评价方法存在的问题,提出应采用干/湿态涂层附着力的变化以及采用除盐水浸泡/高温循环试验的检测方法来评价防腐涂层抵抗烟囱恶劣运行环境的能力。试验表明,新检测方法更加贴近实际,可准确评价涂层的性能。The high-low temperature and dry-wet alternate runtime environment in the chimney after wet desulfurization is considered as the major reason for anti-corrosion coatings'failure.The existing problems of evaluation method for two key properties(adhesion and heat resistance performance)of the coating were analyzed.Measures such as using adhesion change between dry state and wet state and using the demineralized water soaking/high temperature baking cycling test to evaluate the anti-corrosion coating's ability for resisting the chimney's bad running environment were put forward.The test showed that the new detection method was more close to the actual situation,so it can evaluate the coating's performance accurately.
