摘  要:介绍了国内外海底管道干式高压遥控焊接的发展和工程应用。以Statoil公司正在研发的完全遥控的维修焊接系统为重点,分析了焊接系统装备、焊接试验和焊缝性能,并对超深水海底管道套筒焊接和MIG对焊的研究开发情况进行了介绍,为我国海底管道维修技术的进一步提升提供有益的借鉴。Underwater dry hyperbaric welding was widely used in the maintenance of subsea pipelines.The development and engineering applications of dry hyperbaric remotely controlled welding subsea pipeline at home and abroad was described in this paper.Welding system,welding process test and weld properties were analyzed based on the fully remotely controlled hyperbaric welding system of subsea pipelines being developed by Statoil company.And ultra-deep water subsea pipeline sleeve welding and MIG butt welding research and development were also introduced.Useful lessons to further enhance domestic subsea pipeline maintenance technology would be provided.
