摘  要:焊接热过程是局部加热极不均匀的,且具有瞬时性、不稳定性以及复杂性等特点。激光-电弧复合焊接是一种具有较好工业应用前景的新技术,目前已经引起了国内外研究人员的广泛重视。由于计算机技术的迅速发展,对焊接现象进行数值模拟是国内外焊接工作者的热门研究课题,并得到了越来越广泛地应用。本文概括介绍了激光-电弧复合焊数值模拟过程中应用到的热源模型、控制方程和边界条件、激光与电弧相互作用以及小孔和熔池的动态行为等方面的研究进展及发展趋势。Welding heating process was local and extremely uneven.It had the characteristics of instantaneity,instability and complexity.The laser-arc hybrid welding was a kind of new technology which had a good industry application prospect.At present,the laser-arc hybrid welding had aroused researchers’ wide attention.Because of the rapid development of computer technology,the numerical simulation of the phenomenon of the welding become a hot research topic for welding workers at home and abroad,and the numerical simulation in welding had been used more and more widely.In the process of laser-arc hybrid welding,the research progress and development trend of the heat source model,control equations and boundary conditions,the interaction of laser and arc,the dynamic behavior of keyhole and molten pool and so on were introduced in this paper.
