摘 要:采用GLEEBLE-1500热模拟试验机进行了07MnNiCrMoVDR调质钢焊接热影响区热模拟试验,分析不同峰值温度下HAZ的显微组织及其低温冲击韧性.结果显示,经历不同的热循环后,热影响区组织有不同程度的变化;冷却时间t8/2控制在10~15 s左右,热影响区显微组织均匀性及韧性最好;正火区低温冲击韧性平均值大于ASME标准要求54 J,过热区和不完全相变区的低温冲击韧性平均值低于ASME标准要求.The thermal simulation test of the welding heat affected zone(HAZ) in 07MnNiCrMoVDR quenched and tempered steel was performed on the GLEEBLE-1500 thermal simulation tester.The microstructure and the low temperature impact toughness of HAZ under different peak temperatures were analyzed.The results showed that the microstructure of HAZ had changed in varying degree after experiencing different thermal cycle,the best uniformity and toughness of the HAZ microstructure were achieved under a cooling time of 10 ~15 s,the average value of low temperature impact toughness in normalization zone was higher than the standard of ASME which was 54 J,the average value in the overheated zone and the incomplete phase transformation zone was lower than the standard.
