摘  要:短路过渡CO2焊在工业生产中应用广泛,但其存在飞溅大、成形差等固有缺点。本文从波形控制技术、焊接材料、保护气体及磁控CO2焊接技术等几方面详细论述了国内外最新的降低飞溅、改善成形的方法。对各种波形控制方法的优缺点进行了比较分析,阐述了REM和活化元素K,Na,Ba,Ti及混合保护气体对电弧形态的影响机理,介绍了磁控焊接技术在CO2焊中的应用现状,并对短路过渡CO2焊的发展趋势进行了展望。Though short-circuiting CO2 welding has been widely used in modern industry,it has some defects such as too much spatter and poor formation.Four types of solutions for reducing spatter and improving formation were introduced in terms of waveform controlled technology,welding consumables,shielding gas and magnetic controlled technology at home and abroad.Comparisons between STT and EWM-cold-Arc or STT and AC-CBT or STT and NLEI were carried and impacts of REM and activating elements like K,Na,Ba,Ti and mixed shielding gas on arc behavior were discussed.The development status of magnetic controlled CO2 welding was presented and an development outlook of CO2 welding was made.
