摘 要:通过对X100管线钢3种接头硬度、拉伸性能、低温(-10℃)冲击韧度的测试及冲击断口SEM、能谱分析,结果表明,熔池发生高温冶金反应时,将熔渣中的氧化物夹杂带入焊缝,破坏了焊缝金属的连续性。焊缝在受到切应力的作用下,容易在夹杂物处引发裂纹,在周围的区域产生解理断裂。Many tests and analysises were conducted on three welded joints of X100 pipeline,which were steelhardness test,stretch performance test,low temperature(-10 ℃) shock toughness of test,the shock fracture SEM and energy spectrum analysis.The results indicated that when high temperature metallurgy reaction was occurred in the molten pool,oxides inclusions were taken into weld,and continuity of weld metal was damaged.As a consequence,welds in the role of shear stress,the weld metal inclusions easily lead to cracks in the area around the cleavage fracture,excessive alloying did not play a tough role,and the presence of refractory Al 2 O 3 inclusions make weld performance reduced dramatically.
