摘  要:以化工剩余污泥、粘土、重油为原料,经烘干、预热、焙烧等工艺过程,制备了粒径为3~6mm的水处理用填料。采用单因素考察了原料配比、预热时间、预热温度及烧结温度等试验条件对填料性能参数的影响,确立了最佳工艺参数:污泥灰渣、污泥、粘土、重油比例为5∶3∶1∶1、预热时间20 min、预热温度300℃、烧结温度1 050℃。在此条件下,填料的堆积密度为448 kg/m3,吸水率为54.2%,表观密度为517 kg/m3,比表面积为29.247 m2/g,并采用扫描电镜观察了填料表面和内部孔隙特征。Complex chemical industrial dewatering sludge,clay and heavy oil are chosen as the initial components for preparing raw aggregates of 3~6 mm in diameter used in wastewater treatment by drying,preheating,and firing processes.The effects of components ratio,preheating time,preheating temperature and the firing temperature on the performance of finished products are analyzed by measuring the bulk density,apparent density,specific surface area and water absorption rate.The optimal ratios of the components and the appropriate process are obtained as follows : sludge combustion ash to sludge to clay to heavy oil ratio 5∶3∶1∶1,preheating temperature at 300 ℃ for 20 minutes,and firing temperature 1 050 ℃ according to the principles for making aggregates and the results of the orthogonal design method.In this condition,the bulk density is 448 kg/m3,the water absorption rate is 54.2%,the apparent density is 517 kg/m3 and the specific surface area is 29.247 m2/g.The microstructures and characters of aggregates are observed by scanning electronic microscope.
