摘　　要：随着经济的发展,能源紧张问题越来越突出,节能与环保已经成为人们关注的焦点。太阳能作为一种清洁能源,可用于淡化食品废水,使之循环利用,在水资源紧缺的当代社会,可以节约成本,为企业创造更大的效益。介绍了太阳能梯度加热系统,低温降膜蒸发食品废水淡化系统。With the development of economy,the shortage of the resources is becoming more and more serious and energy-saving and environmental protection has become the focus of attention.As a clean green energy,solar energy can be used to dilute the wastewater of food,making it recycling.With the increasing shortage of water resources in contemporary society,the cost savings for enterprises can create greater benefits.The paper describes the solar gradient heating systems and the low-temperature falling film evaporation wastewater of food desalination systems.
