摘  要:破乳是乳化液废水治理的关键步骤,针对河北省某铝厂热轧车间乳化液废水,研究了温度、pH值对废乳化液的破乳影响。实验结果表明,温度对破乳效果的影响比较小,pH值对破乳的影响比较大。试验从技术可行和运行成本两方面考虑,确定了最佳破乳条件:pH=1,加热80℃,加热4 h,静置16 h,在此条件下运行油去除率可以达到79%,COD去除率可以达到70%。Demulsification is the premise of emulsification wastewater treatment.This paper investigates the effects of temperature and pH on the demulsification of emulsification wastewater based on the emulsification wastewater of the hot rolling workshop of one aluminium manufacturer in Hebei.The experimental results show that temperature has a weak effect on the demulsification and pH has a relatively high impact on the demulsification.Considering the technical feasibility and operation cost,the optimum experimental conditions for demulsification of emulsification wastewater are as follows: pH=1,temperature is 80 ℃,heating for 4 hours and standing for 16 hours and under these conditions,the removal efficiency of oil and COD can respectively reach 79% and 70%.
