摘 要:以翻车卸料过程为研究对象,结合翻车工艺流程和翻车机室结构特点建立粉尘控制模型,采用电场力作用对飘尘进行抑制,理论分析了电场力的抑尘效果,研究表明,电场力抑尘率在80%以上。将1μm以上粉尘控制在料斗壁内,收尘场强必须达到74 kV/cm。并利用电凝聚原理对模型进行改造,计算表明,模型除尘效率能提高1.3%~3.3%。Taking the unloading process of a car dump as the research object,a dust control model is set up based on the operation process and the structure characteristics of the dumper chamber.Electric field force is used to control the floating dust and the dust suppression effect by electric field force is theoretically analyzed.Research shows that the dust suppression rate by electric field force is over 80%.The electric intensity must achieve 74 kV/cm if the dust above 1 μm can be controlled in the hopper.The model is modified by the electro coagulation principle and calculations show that the dust suppression rate of the master mould can be improved 1.3%~3.3%.
