摘  要:油类有机物泄漏于工业循环冷却水时,异养菌生长迅速,威胁安全生产。为指导生产上的除油和控菌工作,在模拟装置上研究含机油水中的异养菌生长规律及主要影响因素。结果表明,含油和无油水中的异养菌在运行前30 h内增长都很迅速,但含油水的要大两个数量级。30 h后含油水的异养菌生长趋于平缓,而无油水的则趋于下降。异养菌总数与含油水中的油浓度呈正比。pH值在5.0~9.0范围内呈现先增大后减小的现象,7.5左右时异养菌生长最多。在35~45℃温度范围内含油水中异养菌繁殖旺盛,温度过低或过高均不利于异养菌的生长。浓缩倍数的改变对含油水中异养菌总数的影响不显著。含油水中加入的复配型缓蚀阻垢剂也有助于异养菌的快速生长,但当加入过多时增长不甚显著。When industrial recirculating cooling water system is contaminated by engine oil,aerobic heterotrophic bacteria(AHB) would grow rapidly and the security of production would be threatened.In order to guide oil removal and bacteria control in the production,the laws and the main influence factors of aerobic heterotrophic bacteria growth have been researched in a simulated inter-cooled open recirculating cooling water system contaminated by engine oil.The results show that AHB grow very rapidly in the cooling water with or without oil,and the count of AHB in water with oil is two orders of magnitude larger than that in water without oil.After 30 hours,the AHB growth becomes stable in water with oil,while it is decreased to the national standards in water without oil.The count of AHB is proportional to the oil concentration.The count of AHB increases firstly and then declines in water with oil in the range of pH from 5 to 9,and reaches the maximum at pH equal to 7.5.AHB propagates rapidly in the range of temperature from 35 ℃ to 45 ℃ in water with oil,and the higher or lower temperature is unfavorable for the AHB propagation.The concentration multiple has slight effect on the count of AHB in water with oil.The AHB propagation increases firstly and then tends to stable with the increase of the dosage of the compounded corrosion and scale inhibitors in the recirculating cooling water system with oil.
