摘　　要：针对某企业刀房配刀作业中存在的安全人机学问题,首先对刀房配刀作业的安全人机工程风险因素进行了辨识,在此基础上,设计了两份人体不适调查表,分别采用问卷调查法和现场观察法进行了调查和统计,确定了人体伤痛的主要部位和伤痛程度排序。结合配刀作业的操作特点,分析了引起伤痛的主要原因,并提出了防范措施,同时也对该企业如何防范类似人机工程学危害提出了建议。Aimed at the safety ergonomics problems in the cutter selection in one enterprise cutter workshop,the risk factors of the safety man-machine engineering in the cutter selection in the cutter workshop are recognized,based on this,two questionnaires on discomforts are designed,the questionnaire investigation and on site observation are conducted respectively to determine the positions of the pain and the order of the pain level.Considering the features of the cutter selection,the main causes of pain are analysed,some prevention measures and suggestions are put forward.
