摘  要:针对高架火炬考虑事故状态下的环境影响,通过修正得到适合的火炬扩散模式,确定模式中影响污染物分布的相关参数,分析在事故状态下火炬点燃产生污染物的达标情况,并考虑在非点燃时火炬气放空或放散可能造成的最严重的环境影响。应用模式分析案例得到石化企业火炬污染源在事故状态下点燃排放的地面最大浓度超标,借助厂区防护措施保护可能超标的环境敏感目标,避免不利影响,并对厂区工作人员进行防护,此外应杜绝事故状态下火炬气的非点燃放空。In environmental impact assessment,the environmental impact of elevated torch under accident conditions is needed to be seriously considered.The appropriate flare dispersion model can be obtained by amending,the relevant parameters affecting the distribution of pollutants in the model can be determined,the achievement of standard discharge under accident conditions is analyzed,and also the worst environmental impact of gas venting or elution for the non-lit flare is considered.From the case of the petrochemical enterprise,it is found out that maximum ground concentration of ignited emission under accident conditions is over-standard,the environment sensitive targets by protection measures around the plant are protected to avoid the negative effects,and the plant staff should also be protected,and meantime the non-lit venting of the flare under accident conditions must be eliminated.
