摘　　要：造纸工业在我国是传统的重要产业,在国民经济中占据重要地位。对这一产业进行新型工业化改革是社会发展的趋势所在,而基于循环经济的生态工业园是一种较理想的改革模式。在此基础上,建立一套科学化的评价指标体系,是对造纸生态工业园的生产运行进行有效管理的重要帮助,也是造纸产业走生态化改革的基础工作。Paper-industry is a traditional industry in China,and it plays an important part in national economy.It's the social trends to do the newly-industrialized reform in this estate,however the ecological industrial park based on circular economy is a ideal reform model.On this basis,to set up a scientific evaluation index system will help a lot to the effective management of paper-marking-ecological industrial park production and operation and also it is the fundamental job of paper-industry ecological reform.
